Study Summary

The iMODERN study is an investigator initiated, large randomized multi-centre STEMI trial.

The study will be very important in improving our understanding of the best practice for evaluation and treatment of multi-vessel disease in STEMI patients.

We aim to recruit 1146 STEMI patients who, after treatment of the culprit vessel, will be randomized to either undergo immediate iFR guided revascularisation or delayed

MRI-perfusion guided revascularisation of non-culprit lesions.
